MONTHLY RECIPE
CURRIED CHICKEN DIVAN
Ingredients:
1 Whole Cooked Chicken (remove skin/bones)
2 lbs.Broccoli
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 T. Paprika
2 cans of Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup
1 c. Sour Cream or Yogurt
1 c. Mayonaise
1/4 c. Sherry or Your Favorite White Wine
1 T. Bombay Curry Dip Mix by Wild Spice Gourmet
1 t. Prepared Mustard
Cook broccoli 4 minutes just until tender. Drain well.
Arrange broccoli over bottom of buttered baking dish.
Combine the 2 cans of soup, mayonaise, sour cream,
sherry, curry, and mustard in seperate bowl.
Spoon half of the sauce over the broccoli.
Arrange chicken meat, left in fairly good pieces over the broccoli.
Top with the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle parmesan and paprika on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown and bubbly on top.
Serves 6-8 people. Enjoy!
